I would not recommend this shop. I called ahead asking for a ballpark estimate for a standard transmission fluid change, but they refused to give me any kind of price over the phone and insisted I had to bring the car in so they could “evaluate” it. When I got there, nobody even looked at my car. They did not inspect it, check anything, or even walk outside. The guy at the front desk just asked for a bunch of vehicle information and entered it into the computer before giving me an estimate. So the whole reason they made me come in was clearly unnecessary. I had already told them I received an estimate of about $175 from another mechanic, but their quote ended up being hundreds more and basically the same price as Lexus. That completely wasted my time. When I said the price seemed high, they tried to make it sound like I was getting a great deal compared to a more expensive option, and the coworker played along like it was some kind of sales act. The whole interaction felt shady, dishonest, and unprofessional. I walked out and would never trust this place with my vehicle.

I had a great experience here at Eurocare. I brought my 2023 Land Rover Defender 90 in for an oil change and brake fluid service since pricing was great compared to the Houston Southwest Land Rover. I honestly saved over 30% which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was Keianna and her outstanding customer service from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the process and had her team check my vehicle to make sure everything looked great and nothing else was needed. She even ordered me a Lyft to take me home while my car was being worked on which I honestly did not expect. Overall it was a very convenient stress free experience and I definitely recommend them to service any luxury vehicle. I’ll definitely keep coming back for all future service.
